Enjoy 24 additional months of no servicing or hire fees on top of your warranty from INNO with our All-Inclusive Warranty and Service pack! With our Service Pack, receive 5 annual services of your splicer and cleaver including electrode replacement. We will offer a replacement splicer unit to you for when your splicer is in for service.* Not only that but return shipping of your unit is covered as well as all shipping of the loan unit. On servicing alone you are saving £780 not taking into account insured delivery and saving hire fees.  

1. Failures due to normal wear and tear are not covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Batteries, Cleavers, Thermal Strippers, AC adapters and other accessories (excluding consumables) are covered under 1-year warranty.

3. Electrodes and Cleaver Blades are considered a consumable item, therefore are not covered under the warranty.

4. The period extension under standard warranty applies only if the equipment is handled properly, kept in good condition, and if the following conditions are met:

    4.1 INNO Products - the equipment is serviced annually (12 month intervals) by Fibreplus Authorised Centre; and is kept in good condition;

5. Fibreplus reserve the right to invalidate the standard warranty additional period, should the following occur: mishandling, neglect, fire, flood, lightning, corrosive atmosphere, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, misuse;

6. Loan machines offered under any warranty are subject to availability;

7. The All-Inclusive Warranty & Service can be acquired within 12 months of the purchase date of the equipment;

8. Should additional labour be required due to component replacement/adjustments, the All-Inclusive Warranty & Service covers up to 1h of labour.

9. The All-Inclusive Warranty & Service includes:

    9.1  5 annual services (one per 12 months), 

    9.2.  Shipping costs: collection and return of the equipment + delivery and collection of the loan units, 

    9.3.  Up to 1h of labour, should any parts of the equipment require repair/replacement, and be not covered under Standard Warranty;

10. All refurbished/ex-demonstrator equipment is provided with 12 months Standard Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty conditions apply);
