I really enjoyed the course even allowing for the fact everyone was concentrating rather a lot on the exams at the end. Please pass on my thanks to Pete and the Team for their time and in particular the preparation for the exams. I particularly enjoyed the external enclosure practical and the OTDR demonstration. Although I regularly working with fibre optics I picked up several bits of knowledge that will be very helpful in the future.

The whole experience with Fibreplus has been perfect, i'd forgotten what good customer service was until I enrolled with Fibreplus every call and mail was answered instantly and I was never left in the dark. I do not feel anything needs to be improved the whole team have managed this process extremely well even in person on exam days the training has been led safely without us students feeling restricted. Well done all involved. Im sure once the restrictions are lifted the training centre will be even more enhancing. Spot on from all involved.

The presentation of the course was well balanced and the format of the video and quizzes worked well.
