Having reached out to multiple training centres in order to get my level 1 & 2 for the C&G 3668 - 02 in Fibre Optics, I eventually settled with Fibreplus in Melksham which is a 3 hr drive for me. The reason for my choice was simply the assistance, professionalism of the staff with my enquiry & questions especially Stef who is brilliant with her knowledge & communication, if she didnt have the answer she got it & called me back. The support that I got when doing the self study was 2nd to none (so many emails LOL) . Then came the in house training & exam prep then exams. Here Peter was brilliant taking time to explain thoroughly and assist in the practical sessions splicing, testing, & walking through each process. Happy to say I passed the exams. Now looking to do the Advanced OTDR testing soon. I cant reccomend Fibreplus enough for your training needs. Reach out to Stef with your questions.

City & Guilds 3667-02 Online Course "As I am returning/upskilling all of the units materials were extremely useful in helping me to understand both the physics, fundamental knowledge, standards and overview of fibre optic installations, both internally and externally. I came to Fibreplus for a FOA Technician course, expecting to gain practical knowledge in working with optical fibers and pass the international FOA certification. To be honest, the training I underwent at Fibreplus exceeded all my expectations. The instructor Pete, a kind and professional person, guided the group in an excellent manner, answered questions and helped at every stage of the preparation for the tests and the practical work at the laboratory stations. The equipment we worked with was of the highest level and perfectly maintained. The preparation for the test was excellent and the printed study material we received helped us prepare properly. Thank you to the team, to the kind Stefanie who guided the training process until we arrived at the facility in a friendly and patient manner, and to Pete the excellent instructor.

Two courses completed down at Fibreplus in Melksham, both courses were fully loaded with valuable information but ran smoothly and with a good environment. Instructors know their stuff and they're all willing to pass on their knowledge. I purchases some equipment after the course too, this was well organised and I even had to call to pick their brains once, which they were more than happy to help. Keep up the good work!
