The whole experience with Fibreplus has been perfect, i'd forgotten what good customer service was until I enrolled with Fibreplus every call and mail was answered instantly and I was never left in the dark. I do not feel anything needs to be improved the whole team have managed this process extremely well even in person on exam days the training has been led safely without us students feeling restricted. I came to Fibreplus for a FOA Technician course, expecting to gain practical knowledge in working with optical fibers and pass the international FOA certification. To be honest, the training I underwent at Fibreplus exceeded all my expectations. The instructor Pete, a kind and professional person, guided the group in an excellent manner, answered questions and helped at every stage of the preparation for the tests and the practical work at the laboratory stations. The equipment we worked with was of the highest level and perfectly maintained. The preparation for the test was excellent and the printed study material we received helped us prepare properly.
