Two courses completed down at Fibreplus in Melksham, both courses were fully loaded with valuable information but ran smoothly and with a good environment. Instructors know their stuff and they're all willing to pass on their knowledge. I purchases some equipment after the course too, this was well organised and I even had to call to pick their brains once, which they were more than happy to help. Keep up the good work!

Having reached out to multiple training centres in order to get my level 1 & 2 for the C&G 3668 - 02 in Fibre Optics, I eventually settled with Fibreplus in Melksham which is a 3 hr drive for me. The reason for my choice was simply the assistance, professionalism of the staff with my enquiry & questions especially Stef who is brilliant with her knowledge & communication, if she didnt have the answer she got it & called me back. The support that I got when doing the self study was 2nd to none (so many emails LOL) . Then came the in house training & exam prep then exams. Here Peter was brilliant taking time to explain thoroughly and assist in the practical sessions splicing, testing, & walking through each process. Happy to say I passed the exams.
