The VIAVI OneAdvisor 800 has been elegantly designed to verify and troubleshoot radio access networks of all types, from private 5G networks to legacy networks still providing great service. The OneAdvisor 800 delivers all the test capabilities technicians and engineers need to install and maintain high-capacity networks up to 400G. Its portability and modularity make OneAdvisor 800 perfectly suited for metro/core, data centre interconnect, and business services testing. The OneAdvisor 800 leverages multi-functional architecture, covering different test applications, scaling, and adapting to many different user groups, including:

Radio Construction: Covering all test aspects of the transmission lines of any cell site, validating coaxial cable, antennas, as well as fiber characterization and inspection

Radio Operation: Covering a radio’s transmission verification according to 3GPP standards, maintenance practices assessing a radio’s power level and coverage, as well as the ability to identify and locate interference impairments

The OneAdvisor 800 provides modularity with the following attributes:

Modular base unit with large 8-inch, multi-touch display

Integrated WiFi, and Bluetooth to wirelessly transfer results. For secure environments, units are available without any WiFi/BT

Expandable with up to two modules on the back of the unit. Examples include OTDR, OSA/Channel Checker, Timing Expansion Module, Power Expansion Module

Scalable battery support which includes a battery in the base and optionally Power Expansion Modules (PEM)

Smart Access Anywhere provides easy device access from an Android device, IOS or PC

Cloud-based StrataSync™ for results collection, data management, and device tracking

Support of VIAVI Fiber inspection tools and an optional integrated power meter and VFL module

Stackability of full-size modules to potentially add a Fiber Module Carrier to support dispersion testing or high dynamic range OTDRs/OSAs
