Designed to minimise downtime and keep your workflow moving, SmartCare includes two full calibrations during the 2-year period, complete with connector replacement at no additional cost. Your equipment will be prioritised with express service turnaround (1–2 working days), ensuring you’re back on site quickly.

As the UK’s only authorised VIAVI repair and calibration centre, Fibreplus carries out all SmartCare services in-house. This means no international shipping, no extended waiting periods, and no unexpected charges. SmartCare ensures that your VIAVI devices continue to deliver accurate, reliable results across their full operational life - ideal for contractors, ISPs, data centres, and fibre specialists who rely on dependable testing kit every day. A typical calibration with connector replacement is £790, saving you £585 over the two years of your care plan.
