Each service is completed in our UK-authorised Sumitomo service centre, with a 3–5 working day turnaround and no carriage fees, keeping your maintenance simple and predictable. 

With SmartCare, you benefit from professional UK support without the hassle of international shipping or lengthy repair delays. It’s an ideal solution for engineers who depend on consistent splice quality and want to extend the lifespan and reliability of their equipment. A typical service verification is £365, saving you £235 over the two years of your care plan.
