City & Guilds 3667-02 Award in Communications Cabling is suitable for both those interested in becoming fibre cabling installers, as well as those currently doing the job who are seeking certification.

The City & Guilds 3667-02 course provides students with the skills to install, splice and test fibre optic networks in multiple environments, whether this be FTTH, Rail signalling systems, internal installation in buildings or data centres, the skills you gain are suitable for all these areas and more. There is a huge demand for engineers all over the world currently, especially in the fibre to the home (FTTH) networks.

BTEC Test & Measurement course provides additional training for those who wish to increase their understanding or specialise in the field of Fibre Optic testing. This course covers testing techniques and the use test equipment (VFL, Light Source/Power Meter & OTDR). Chromatic & polarisation mode dispersion and FTTX testing are also covered in this BTEC qualification.
