Fibreplus Competition Terms and Conditions

• The following Terms and Conditions apply to Fibreplus Ltd's Competiton running from 19th May 2020 until 19th June 2020.
• The promoter of the competition is Fibreplus Ltd (company no. 04677135);
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom ONLY aged 18 years or over;
• Only one entry per person will be accepted;
• There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition;

Route for entry is via Linkedin;

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows;

• Like the competitions post on Linkedin;
• Follow Fibreplus Ltd on Linkedin;
• Complete the google form and submit their email address to be contacted by Fibreplus to stay up to date with our latest offers;

Closing date for entry will be 19th June 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted;

Competition Prize

The prize is as follows;

A £150 voucher will be awarded to the winner. The voucher can be used at Fibreplus Ltd on ONE of the following products or services;

• Option 1 - 1 Year Subscription of TestFlow with Fast Reporter 3;
• Option 2 - The voucher can be used towards a Splicer Service with Fibreplus – INNO Splicers ONLY;
• Option 3 - The voucher can be used towards Tools & Accessories from the Fibreplus Ltd online catalogue;

Terms and Conditions of each option;

• Option 1 - Fibreplus will accept the whole voucher amount (£150) in exchange for a 1 year subscription of TestFlow with Fast Reporter 3;
• Option 2 - The voucher can be used towards a Splicer Service with Fibreplus, the whole voucher amount will need to be put towards the service, INNO Splicers ONLY;
• Option 3 - The winner will be allowed to select from the following products; Tri-hole Strippers, Kabifix Sheath Stripper, Kevlar Scissors, Loose Tube Stripper, Tool Wallet, Electrodes, Splice Sleeves, B-77 Cleaver Blade;

Winner and Privacy Policy

• Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Fibreplus Ltd by 19th June 2020;
• Fibreplus Ltd will notify the winner via email to inform them of their win;
• Fibreplus will send this email within 7 days of the winner being selected, the winner will have 28 days to respond;
• The £150 voucher is valid for 12 months;

• Fibreplus will only be able to contact the winner if they have given consent to our GDPR privacy Policy via google forms;
• Entrants that sign they give consent for our GDPR Privacy Policy on the google form have given permission to be contacted by Fibreplus in the future regarding upcoming services, promotions and products;

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions;
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook, Linkedin or any other Social Network Platform;

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this site, along with information on any material changes. Fibreplus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice;
